Discovery Visit

☀︎F R E E ☀︎

Our Discovery Visit is a personal, one-hour consultation designed to thoughtfully explore your concerns and determine whether our approach is the right fit for your needs and goals. While this session is not a full clinical examination, it allows us to take the time to understand your history, movement patterns, and current limitations, and to discuss appropriate next steps. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a clear sense of how our care may support long-term improvement, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
